Blue Nectar is our non-heated yoga experience. Blue is the coolest, most soothing of colors – representing the sky, ocean, twilight, and heaven. It is the color of inspiration and sincerity – two qualities we are confident you will feel when you walk in the door of our welcoming environment. You will move and you will breathe, you will stretch and you will strengthen, from the inside out.

The energy of this color allows for perspective – the ability to look beyond and outward. Blue counters chaos and agitation and allows for clear communication, and feelings of peace. And the word nectar? A sweet life-giving blend. The juice within. We love it here.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

An energizing flow yoga class that links breath and movement while maintaining a balanced focus on alignment. Students will find sun salutations, challenging sequences, backbends, arm balances, deeper stretches, and more. Options and modifications are provided, so you can explore the full mind/body experience. Mixed level (1/2), familiarity with basic flow yoga postures is encouraged.

Hatha Yoga

With a focus on alignment, increase body awareness, strength and flexibility while refining foundational yoga postures. This class will also introduce more demanding postures that are sure to increase stamina. Slower pacing (when compared to vinyasa flow classes) allows for more time spent holding and aligning postures, often with props. Expect breath work and meditation. Mixed level (1/2), appropriate for all levels of participants.

Rookie Vinyasa Flow

Not everyone wants to be called a beginner, but we all have to start somewhere. Whether you’re just starting a yoga practice or prefer a foundational focus, this class will give you the physical and mental grounding for a safe, strong, injury-free vinyasa flow yoga practice. Learn or refine yoga postures, while syncing movement and breath. Level 1, yet appropriate for all levels of participants

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a practice designed to stimulate the connective tissues and fascia. Yin postures invite surrender to the experience of holding each posture for 3-5 minutes while maintaining an awareness of the breath. The support of blankets, bolsters, and blocks are used when needed to accommodate each person's individual and unique needs of their physical body.

Prenatal Flow Yoga

BNY prenatal flow yoga has the active woman in mind. Moms-to-be at any stage of pregnancy are encouraged to attend to feel the amazing benefits associated with a regular yoga practice during pregnancy. Focus on flowing yoga poses, syncing body and breath; stretch out the sticky spots, and enjoy a few well-deserved relaxing postures. Use yoga as a tool to prepare for labor and childbirth, and build a network of support. Mixed level (1/2), appropriate for all levels of prenatal participants. Birth partners are also welcome to attend class!

TRX Yoga

TRX, the unmistakable yellow and black industry leader in suspension training, stands for Total-Body Resistance Exercise. TRX is a unique piece of fitness training equipment that utilizes one’s own body as the machine. Fusing TRX with traditional yoga techniques helps beginners thru more advanced students build strength in their yoga practice and conquer unfamiliar or intimidating poses. It also helps customize an individual’s yoga practice to specialized goals. Mixed level (1/2), appropriate for all levels of yoga students.
