Sam Chan

Sam (RYT-200) first started practicing yoga to complement his other workouts, but he discovered that yoga is much more than a physical activity: there’s a true mind-body connection. In addition to improved strength and balance, he has found that yoga enables him to be more connected to his body, to live more in the present moment, and to gain more confidence and security in all areas of his life. As a result, he wishes to pass on and share the benefits of yoga with members of his community. Sam completed his 200-hour Power Yoga teacher training from CorePower Yoga. In his classes, you can expect a high-intensity total body workout, linking fitness with the magic of yoga. Expect to sweat, stretch, and push past physical boundaries, all synced to a motivating playlist, while you up your heart rate and connect with your breath.
