Nearly 20 years ago Cindy was drawn to yoga as an escape from the hectic life of being a new mom. Yoga made her a calmer, happier, and a more present person not only for her family, but in all of her life. With her extensive experience over two decades, Cindy offers thoughtful Hatha classes with sprinklings of the traditional elements of meditation, mudra (hand gestures), pranayama (breath work) and yoga philosophy. Her supportive nature, coupled with her in-depth understanding of Hatha Yoga principles, encourages both new and experienced students to explore the body to find the soul. When not teaching, practicing, or reading about yoga, Cindy enjoys cooking, jogging, and hanging out with her family.
