Claire was deeply drawn to yoga after the birth of her children. In those early years of trying to find life balance her practice has been, and continues to be, a haven and a place to recharge and reconnect. Claire has a life-long fascination with the intricacies of the human body and mind. She worked as a doctor in England before moving to the US; she has shifted the focus of her work into supporting people in using yoga to explore their own mind-body connection, and their own deep capacity for healing and health. Claire’s classes weave modern psychology and movement science concepts with yoga and mindfulness to foster resilience for body and mind.
Claire is a perinatal yoga specialist and a qualified childbirth educator. She has a passion for using the practice of yoga to prepare and support women and families through pregnancy, birth and the postnatal phase. Claire loves to be outdoors – you’ll find her biking to the studio, paddle boarding at the beach and hiking and exploring with her young family.
