Jessica Ackerman

Jess took her first yoga yoga class in 2017 and hasn’t left the mat since! She loves sharing her practice and her love of yoga with her students, providing a safe space for them to be seen. Jess loves giving hands on assists, creating fun playlists, and utilizing the power of breath work. She is trained in the Baptiste/Power style, so you can expect to build strength and endurance in her classes, with fun arm balances along the way!
