Liz’s yoga journey began simply for the physical benefits but yoga has proven to be so much more than expected. It has shown her not only what it does for her physical body but even more for her mental health and well-being. Using yoga as her tool to reconnect with herself, she decided to explore it further via yoga teacher training.
Liz completed her RYT 200 in March 2019 at Blue Nectar Yoga. Finding the mind-body connection in one’s yoga practice is what Liz loves most about the journey right now and she hopes to project that in her teaching. She promises a satisfying workout while reminding you to reset and reconnect with your breath, both inside and outside the studio.
Off the mat, Liz enjoys cycling, wine and soaking up as much sun as possible
