As a competitive athlete, Meg discovered yoga in 2011 and quickly began to feel the physical, mental, and spiritual effects of the practice. She completed her RYT 200 in March of 2019 and works hard to practice the 8 limbs of yoga in her everyday life. Meg encourages anyone and everyone to come to her class exactly as they are. She aims to create a judgment-free atmosphere – leaving room for students to be unique, expressive, creative, and free. If every person in the class is doing a different variation of a pose, Meg is happy!
Meg’s hot Vinyasa Flow class include fun, upbeat music and will be sure to get you out of your head and into your body. She focuses on linking breathe to movement while building heat in the body and firing up the core. There is something for everybody in her class!
Off the mat, Meg likes to run and hike with her yellow lab, Lina. Ask her for pictures of her pup, she’ll love you for it.
