Natalie first turned to yoga in 2010 while searching for relief from anxiety, and a sense of community, while pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Boston. An athlete most of her life, she found yoga to bring a combination of peace, strength, and liberation that she could not find on the running trail or elsewhere and rapidly fell in love with the practice – both physical and spiritual. Since then her journey has taken her to New Mexico, and now Alexandria, where she resides with her partner and rescue pup. In 2018 Natalie completed Flow Yoga Centers 200-HR certification program in Washington, DC. She teaches fluid sequences matched to vibrant music, with the intention of creating a unique experience for students that leave them feeling both open and strong. She attributes her teaching style to the guidance of teachers she has been privileged to encounter and/or learn from throughout the years, particularly Caitlyn Visconte, Goldie Graham, Izzy Vanhall, Catherine Zack, Debra Perlson, Seane Corn, Kendra Rickert, and Laura Itriago.
