Rema Shebaro

Rema was first introduced to yoga by a dance teacher in middle school and came back to the practice as an adult looking for a way to de-stress. It helped, but her biggest takeaway from a regular practice was a newfound sense of connection with, and appreciation for, her body. She was inspired to help others find that same connection and completed her teacher training at BNY in the spring of 2019.

Rema teaches a variety of class styles and enjoys slowing down the pace to allow students the space to move and breathe mindfully. Her classes will leave you feeling relaxed and appreciative of your individual mind-body connection.
Outside of the studio, she can usually be found spending time with her husband, her family, and her many pets, or experimenting with new recipes to cook and bake.
