HOT VINYASA FLOW YOGA – LEVEL 1/2

An energizing and powerful flow yoga class that links breath and movement while maintaining a balanced focus on alignment. Students will find sun salutations, challenging sequences, backbends, arm balances, deeper stretches, and more. Options and modifications are provided so you can explore the full mind/body experience. Room temperature set to 95°F.

HOT ROOKIE VINYASA FLOW – LEVEL 1

Not everyone wants to be called a beginner, but we all have to start somewhere. Whether you’re just starting a yoga practice or prefer a foundational focus, this class will give you the physical and mental grounding for a safe, strong, injury-free vinyasa flow yoga practice. Learn or refine yoga postures, while syncing movement and breath. Room temperature set to 95°F.

HOT YOGA FLOW FUSION - LEVEL 1/2

Owner Master Class with Jane Bahneman, MS, ERYT 500 In here, vinyasa flow meets primal movements, meets yoga fitness. Find the traditional hot yoga flow movement experience that you know and love, intermixed with fitness-based movement designed to enhance stability, mobility, cardiovascular fitness and strength. Consider this class more on the fitness side of things, while maintaining the soulful qualities of a yoga class experience. Expect a lot of sweat. All levels of yogis warmly welcomed!

WARM YIN-YASA YOGA – LEVEL 1

Practice both yin and yang styles of yoga, creating the perfect balance in body and mind. Spend half of class in an energizing flow practice, connecting breath to movement and increasing overall flexibility and strength. The other half of class is spent in grounding yin postures, which are held longer and designed to open the dense connective tissues of the body. Room temperature set to 80°F. Level 1, appropriate for all levels of participants.

WARM YIN YOGA– LEVEL 1

Complementary to active yoga classes and lifestyles (like vinyasa flow or hatha yoga), yin yoga focuses on longer held postures to target the deep, dense connective tissues of the body. The aim is to improve circulation and flexibility around the joints. Props are used generously throughout the practice to help you find ultimate relaxation. You’ll also find a greater focus on breath work and meditation. Room temperature set to 80°F. Level 1, appropriate for all levels of participants.

Most of us know how to push really hard – it’s the slowing down that’s often difficult. Spend part of class in an energizing flow practice, and the other portion in rest and recovery postures.

It’s the end of the week, at last! Healthier happy hours start with hot yoga class! Happy hour classes are power vinyasa flow with a double dose of fun! Expect music to set the stage, from pop to drums, to jazz and R & B or even a little house music – prepare to sweat your way into the weekend with a little non-traditional yoga class fun!
