HOT FLOW YOGA – LEVEL 1/2

An energizing and powerful flowing yoga class that continuously and creatively links breath and movement while maintaining a balanced focus on alignment. Participants will find focused breathwork, sun salutations, challenging and fun sequences, backbends, arm balances, deeper stretches, and more. Options and modifications are provided so you can explore the full mind/body experience. Class is taught in a heated room (95°F+).

HOT POWER YOGA - LEVEL 1/2

Class design is inspired by the Baptiste Journey into Power sequence. This is a vigorous approach to flow yoga moving intentionally through a constructed series of postures. Class focuses on alignment principles while building strength in body and mind - focusing on movement and breath. Some of our Hot Power Yoga classes will follow the sequence more precisely, while others will borrow from its essence and offer variations. Class is mixed level and basic familiarity with yoga poses is encouraged. Class is taught in a heated room (95°F+).

CANDLELIGHT HOT FLOW YOGA - LEVEL 1/2

An elegant flow yoga class set to candlelight that creatively links breath and movement while maintaining a balanced focus on alignment. WARM YIN YOGA AND SOUND BOWL – LEVEL 1

Yin yoga is a great way to complement more active yoga classes or fitness pursuits and is a highly accessible practice for all levels of practitioners. By holding floor postures for longer, yin applies healthy stress on the joints and connective tissue for a deeper stretch to the muscles. While considered a more passive practice, yin can be challenging as it helps uncover subtle patterns of holding allows the practitioner to relax these stresses. Class will be accompanied by a sound bowl and chimes during savasana. Level 1, yet appropriate for all levels of participants. Class is taught in a warm room (80°F).

WARM FLOW AND YIN YOGA – LEVEL 1

Practice both yin and yang styles of yoga in class, creating the perfect balance in body and mind. Spend part of class in an energizing flow practice, connecting breath to movement and increasing overall flexibility and strength. The other portion of class is spent in grounding yin postures, which are held longer and designed to open the dense connective tissues of the body. Level 1, yet appropriate for all levels of participants. Class is taught in a warm room (80°F).

Most of us know how to push really hard – it’s the slowing down that’s often difficult. Spend part of class in a gentle flowing yoga practice, and the other portion in rest and recovery postures designed to deeply relax the body and mind. Level 1, yet appropriate for all levels of participants. Class is taught in a warm room (80°F).

Find a grounding blend of supported restorative poses, breathwork, and relaxation techniques that will relieve stress and tension, nourishing body and mind. Combine breathing, flowing poses, and meditation in a deep approach to Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Mindful movement done at a slower pace allows time to explore the postures while cultivating stamina, strength, flexibility, balance, and calm. In here, vinyasa flow meets primal movements, meets yoga fitness. Find the traditional hot yoga flow movement experience that you know and love, intermixed with fitness-based movement designed to enhance stability, mobility, cardiovascular fitness, and strength. Consider this class more on the fitness side of things, while maintaining the soulful qualities of a yoga class experience. Expect a lot of sweat. All levels of yogis warmly welcomed!
