An energizing flow yoga class that links breath and movement with a soft focus on alignment. Find breath work, sun salutations, fun sequences, arm balances, deep stretching, and more.
Spend part of class in a flow practice, connecting breath to movement and increasing overall flexibility and strength. The other portion of class is spent in grounding yin postures, which are held longer and designed to open the dense connective tissues of the body.
Spend part of class in a flow practice, and the other portion in rest and recovery postures designed to deeply relax the body and mind.
Find your necessary dose of rest and recovery through a blend of restorative poses, breath work, and relaxation techniques that will relieve stress and tension, nourishing mind and body.

“New moons” are about beginning new cycles, planting new seeds, and setting intentions for the next cycle. Curious to understand how you might be able to take full advantage of the power of this lunation? This monthly class begins with a brief explanation on the meaning of the current month’s new moon, followed by reflections to set your intentions, and an energizing warm yoga flow. Participants are invited to bring a journal and something to write with (if desired) to their yoga mat.
Full moons are about releasing what no longer serves us, and realizing what we may need to part with each month when this luminary phase comes around. Curious to explore its monthly impact on your life? This monthly class begins with a brief explanation on the specific meaning of the current month’s full moon, followed by reflections to set intentions, and a yin based yoga practice. Participants are invited to bring a journal and something to write with (if desired) to the mat, as well as cozy clothing layers.
