Dates, Times, and Rates

Educational content is a mix of in-person and virtual sessions inclusive of lecture, interactive discussions, workshops, practice, and self-study. Dress comfortably and be ready to move for all sessions. Make-ups for missed sessions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
In-Person Training Hours: Fridays 4pm-8pm / Saturdays 9am-6pm / Sundays 9am-6pm
Adequate breaks are given during the trainings days.

*These sessions are Friday and Saturday only.

Required Weekly Virtual Group Session: Wednesdays 7pm-8:30pm from March 2-June 11, 2025

Jane has invaluable industry experience and understands yoga certification(s). She’s owned brick-and-mortar studios, taught hundreds of yoga teachers around the world, and takes an active role in the next generation of yoga teachers. In a time when the yoga industry was rocked to its core (COVID-era), Jane remained responsive to the industry needs and eagerly stays nimble. Registered as a yoga school with the Yoga Alliance, Jane’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is an integral foundational vinyasa flow certification. She holds space for the necessary physical, mental, and spiritual transformation required of quality yoga teachers and wholeheartedly supports trainees to apply their talents with intention after graduation.

She engages teacher trainees through live virtual sessions, on-demand video recordings and live gatherings. Jane’s training meets Yoga Alliance Registry requirements; she specializes in educating busy adults, offering our teacher trainees convenience and flexibility.

Location

Five Peaks Yoga (2 locations / both will be used during the training)
Leesburg & Purcellville, Virginia

Trainees must attend the in-person sessions at the host studio physical location. Participate in the virtual live and on-demand sessions from any place on the globe as long as you have a reliable Internet connection. All sessions are in Eastern Standard Time.

Investment Details

The number of students accepted into each training is capped to provide you with a personalized experience. Jane Bahneman hand-picks additional expert faculty who deeply interact with each trainee. She prides herself on building relationships and community while producing excellent yoga teachers – and stays devoted to your growth.

  • Early Bird Lump Sum Rate: A one-time lump sum payment of $2,800 if you register and pay in full before the Early Bird deadline of February 14, 1025.
  • Regular Lump Sum Rate: A one-time lump sum payment of $3,200 if you register and pay in full after the Early Bird deadline.
  • Regular Installment Rate: Split your rate into 2 equal payments. The first installment is due at the time of registration. The second installment is due on March 28, 2025.

Refund Policy

You may cancel your registration, per the schedule outlined below, for a refund or a credit. Once the training starts, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be provided.

  • If you cancel on or before 11:59pm one week prior to the start date, your first payment (or lump sum payment) is fully refundable.
  • If you cancel after 11:59pm one week prior to the start date, your first installment payment (or half of your lump sum payment) is non-refundable. However, it will be transferred to your account as credit.
    There are no refunds or credits provided after the training starts.

Yoga Studio Membership

All yoga teacher training students have a requirement to take 2 classes per week at the Five Peaks Yoga physical locations and/or inside of the Virtual Nectar Yoga Studio.

Scholarship Opportunities

Two need-based half-tuition scholarships are awarded in each Cohort, and are application based. Our scholarships are awarded to those who wish to teach yoga in unique settings but do not have the funds to cover their own yoga teacher education. For example, if you are a school teacher, first responder, social worker – or anyone who has a special calling to teach yoga and requires financial assistance to get there – please e-mail info@nectaryogastudios.com for your scholarship application. Scholarship inquiries must be received before February 14, 2025 to be considered.
