Our classes provide the foundation for staying balanced in body and mind. Each class is mixed level. Teachers offer options in every class.

Power Nectar Classes

HOT FLOW YOGA

An energizing flow yoga class that links breath and movement with a focus on alignment. Find breathwork, sun salutations, fun sequences, arm balances, deep stretching, and more. Class is taught in a hot room (95°F+).

An elegant flow yoga class set to candlelight that links breath and movement with a focus on alignment. Find breathwork, sun salutations, fun sequences, arm balances, deep stretching, and more. Class is taught in a hot room (95°F+).

WARM FLOW AND YIN YOGA

Spend part of class in a flow practice, connecting breath to movement and increasing overall flexibility and strength. The other portion of class is spent in grounding yin postures, which are held longer and designed to open the dense connective tissues of the body. Class is taught in a warm room (80°F).

WARM FLOW AND RESTORE YOGA

Spend part of class in a flow practice, and the other portion in rest and recovery postures designed to deeply relax the body and mind. Class is taught in a warm room (80°F).

WARM RESTORATIVE YOGA

Your necessary dose of rest and recovery. Find a blend of restorative poses, breathwork, and relaxation techniques that will relieve stress and tension, nourishing body and mind. Class is taught in a warm room (80°F).

WARM SLOW FLOW YOGA

Combine breathing, flowing poses, and meditation in a deep approach to flow yoga. Mindful movement done at a slower pace allows time to explore the postures while cultivating stamina, strength, flexibility, balance, and calm. Class is taught in a warm room (80°F).

Flow yoga meets yoga for fitness. Find traditional yoga flow movements mixed with fitness-based exercises for stability, mobility, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, and strength. Expect a lot of sweat. Class is taught in a hot room (95°F+).
