Nectar Yoga Studios offers a variety of challenging and inspirational classes designed to meet you where you are. Our classes are rooted in the vinyasa flow yoga and traditional hatha yoga systems, and provide the foundation for staying balanced in body and mind.
Each class is described as level 1, 2, or 1/2 (or mixed level) to help you choose the pace that’s right for your needs.
Learn or refine yoga postures to build strength, stamina, and flexibility. Slower pace, when compared to “mixed level” or “level 2” classes, allows for more time to explore postures and apply modifications while using props. These options are ideal for those who simply prefer a lower intensity, are recovering/healing, or are newer to yoga.
Take your practice to the next level as you explore intermediate to advanced variations of traditional yoga postures. Find a more vigorous practice overall to help you stretch your limits and strengthen your asana, with modifications offered. A regular yoga practice is strongly encouraged.
Level 1/2 (or Mixed Level)
Newer students can refine yoga postures while veteran yogis can play with variations in all of our mixed level classes. Pacing is intermediate, with plenty of options for increasing or decreasing the level of challenge. Any level of participant is warmly welcomed, and mixed level class options are ideal for those who are currently physically active or have some yoga experience.
