Morgan’s journey to the mat came in many waves. She discovered yoga as cross training for running – and loved how good she felt leaving class – but was inconsistent in her practice. Add 7 years, 2 kids, and a pandemic later – and yoga has become a way to focus her mind, be present in her body, and move through life. Morgan believes in the transformative power of yoga both on and off the mat and completed Yoga Teacher Training at Power Nectar Yoga. She loves sharing her joy of this practice with this community.
