A renewed focus on fitness brought Todd to yoga nearly a decade ago and it’s been part of his life ever since. He focuses on power and vigorous vinyasa for their physical benefits and ability to clear the mind. As a teacher, Todd develops practices that both challenge the body, and calm the “mind stuff” for all levels. He is also interested in introducing a diverse range of students to yoga and helping them adopt it as part of an overall lifestyle. Todd believes that whatever your goals – building core strength, focusing the mind, improving balance, or relieving stress – there’s a yoga practice for you. Todd lives in MD with his wife and beloved beagle mutt. He is slowly trying to quit golf, is a sometime mud runner, bourbon enthusiast, and surfer wannabe.
